Government Funding Scheme for Park Homes
The ECO4 Scheme aims to provide energy-saving measures for vulnerable households to improve the efficiency and heating of their home.
What is ECO4 Funding?
ECO4 has been designed to improve the least energy efficient properties.
It’s a Government scheme designed to help UK homes become more energy efficient and help homeowners reduce their energy bills. This is delivered through a variety of insulation and renewable measures, which are funded by the Government, making it FREE* to the homeowner.

What measures are available with ECO4 Funding?
There are a number of measures available on ECO4, from fabric measures (insulation measures) to heating and renewables (Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV).

Who is eligible for ECO4 Funding?
Everyone could be eligible for the ECO4 funding.
The eligibility is determined by the applicant and the property, and we are working with thousand’s of Park Home residents across the UK.
The Applicant
The applicant’s household must earn £31,000 or less to be eligible for ECO4 – this includes everyone in the household over the age of 18.
Alternatively, if you receive any of the benefits listed here, you may be eligible.
The Property
The eligibility for the actual property depends on a few different factors. The main one is the EPC rating of your home. If your home has already had one carried out, it will be found on the EPC register – just search by your postcode.
ECO4 has been designed to improve the least energy efficient properties. Therefore, to make the most of the ECO4 scheme, your home will need to be rated E, F or G.
We find that most Park Homes will fall between an E and F rating – making them perfect for ECO4 Funding.
How many measures can I have?
We’ve covered the measures available above, but the question is… How many can you have?
Well, it could be anywhere from 1 to 5!
A fabric-first approach must be adopted within ECO4, meaning your insulation measures must be done first. This is; External Wall Insulation, Underfloor Insulation and Loft Insulation. Then, if the funding is available, you can add heating and renewable measures, such as an Air Source Heat Pump and Solar PV.

If you’ve already had some of the ‘fabric-first’ measures, such as External Wall and Underfloor Insulation, you may be able to get the measures above.
The Goal
The overarching goal of ECO4 is to create more energy efficient homes, to help the Government move towards their zero net carbon goal by 2050.

Too Good to be True?
I know what you’re thinking… It sounds too good to be true, right? Wrong.
ECO4 has been around since 2022 and will be running until 2026. The Government are putting £4 billion into delivering these energy efficiency and heating measures to homes in Great Britain.

We’ve been working under ECO4 since 2023, but have been delivering other insulation and renewable measures under previous Government schemes since 2020. In this time, we’ve helped 1000’s of Park Home residents make their home warmer, more energy-efficient and saved them money on their energy bills.
