GENERAL

Platinum Park Home Services (and Platinum Eco Services) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and/or at its absolute discretion, refuse the Promotion or withdraw the Promotion from a participant or beneficiary at any time without notice.

The Promotion, and the Promotion Terms and Conditions, are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

This page will be regularly updated with any changes.

PROMOTIONS

The Promotion will be applied to all relevant orders, such orders will be subject to our standard terms and conditions of purchase and product / service specific terms and conditions of use. 

The Promotion is only available if, at the time of taking advantage of the Promotion, works have not already been started by Platinum Park Home Services or Platinum Eco Services, this includes any associated enabling or preparation works.

Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise indicated.

Each Promotion will start immediately (i.e. as soon as it is first promoted), unless a later start date/time is specified. The closing date/time for a Promotion will be made clear in the Specific Promotion Rules or the relevant promotional materials. All times will be based on UK time.

Certain Promotions may have additional eligibility requirements, for example, they may be restricted to certain postcodes or geographical areas. If applicable, these will be detailed in the Specific Rules for each promotion.

Participation

If you take part in the Promotion, we will use any relevant details submitted to administer the Promotion.

With your consent, we will also publish any details on our website or social media channels as appropriate.  We may need to share your details with our agents or contractors who help us to run our marketing and promotional activities.

SPECIFIC PROMOTION RULES

Adapted Bathrooms Promotion

• Validity: The code is valid for approved orders placed on or between the specified promotion dates as stated above where a deposit has been paid to accept acknowledgement of the order.
• Product/Service: This promotion offers a reduced/discounted price for the products/services as advertised on the marketing material as stated, unless otherwise agreed between the participant and Platinum Park Home Services and/or Platinum Eco Services.
• Promotional Discounts are non-transferable, non-redeemable and cannot be changed or used in conjunction with any other offer.
• All General Terms and Conditions apply.
• This Promotion may be withdrawn without prior warning at any time.
• 0% VAT applies to Bathrooms fitted to meet individual needs associated with or caused by a disability or chronic illness.

Black Friday Promotion

• Promotion Code: BLACK23
• Promotion Dates: 17th Nov – 24th Nov
• Validity: The code is valid for approved orders placed on or between the specified promotion dates as stated above where a deposit has been paid to accept acknowledgement of the order.
• Product/Service: This promotion offers a reduced/discounted price for the products/services as advertised on the marketing material as stated, unless otherwise agreed between the participant and Platinum Park Home Services and/or Platinum Eco Services.

Christmas Promotion

• Promotion Dates: 17th Nov 2023 – 5th Jan 2024
• Validity: The code is valid for approved orders placed on or between the specified promotion dates as stated above where a deposit has been paid to accept acknowledgement of the order.
• Product/Service: This promotion offers a reduced/discounted price for the products/services as advertised on the marketing material as stated, unless otherwise agreed between the participant and Platinum Park Home Services and/or Platinum Eco Services.
• Promotional Discounts are non-transferable, non-redeemable and cannot be changed or used in conjunction with any other offer.

• Christmas Hamper value will be up to £90.
• Christmas Hampers will be awarded to customers who secure their quotation with a deposit of £500 before 31st December 2023.
• A £500 deposit will secure the advertised prices for the customer for 2024.
