Mrs Osborne contacted Platinum Park Home Services as her old park home suffered with condensation and damp.
The Project
Mrs Osborne came to Platinum Park Home Services via a recommendation. Her Park Home was quite old had been gathering condensation repeatedly. She wanted to take all the necessary steps to reduce the condensation and minimise this occurring in the future. As a result she required a major overhaul of her park home’s exterior including:
- new UPVC windows and doors
- new fascia boards
- improved ventilation (adding new vents to the front and rear)
- external wall insulation
The Result
Combined these services have had a dramatic effect on Mrs Osborne’s Park Home, both aesthetically and in terms of the energy efficiency.
The new energy A-rated windows and doors have helped minimise drafts and energy loss as well as provide an instant lift to the aesthetic appeal of the property.
The external wall insulation has ensured that the park home retains heat in winter and a cooler environment in summer, as well as reducing the risk of water ingress and noise intrusion.
Installing new fascia boards has completed the look of the Park Home and Marion was thrilled with the final result.
