Park Home Loft Insulation

Not all Park Homes have loft access, but for those that do, Loft Insulation is a highly efficient and cost effective way of reducing your energy bills, after all heat rises. 

Loft Insulation is the cheapest of the fabric insulation measures a Park Home can have retrofitted fitted, these being; Wall, Underfloor and Loft Insulation.

When insulating a Park Home loft, access is vital, as we have to ensure an even spread of material and also maintain and, in some cases, increase loft ventilation.

As our own best practise we always aim to achieve a minimum of 270mm of insulation inline with Building Regulations*
